We guarantee a refund if you have not received the ordered item within 90 days. If 90 days have passed and you have not received the ordered item, you can request a full refund by sending an e-mail from the contact section indicating the order reference. Once the refund has been requested, our team will study your case and will inform you of a resolution within 72 hours. If your request is approved, a refund will be made for the amount of the article not received. If possible, it will be made using the same payment method that I use when ordering.
